Portal Bookshop sell Science Fiction, Fantasy and all of the LGBTQIA books they can source from the UK, the US and beyond.
Teapot Yoga
A collective of workshop facilitators and yoga guides who focus on anti-oppressive and radical work.
They strive to invoke the warm and cosy feelings of sitting together sharing a cup of tea, talking, sharing ideas, laughing, exploring our identities and experiences. Simply being together.
At the centre of their work is a promise to be dedicated to a lifelong journey of learning. All areas of their work integrate a decolonial approach.
Generate
Generate are a small grass roots charity based in York who support over 18 year-olds who are transgender, non- binary or questioning. They also run support groups for the parents and families of trans adults, kids and teens. They provide face to face and on-line, peer-led support groups in York, Leeds and and Doncaster.
St Leonard’s Hospice
St Leonard’s Hospice provides care and support for terminally ill people, and people with life limiting illnesses.
This includes a regular LGBTQ+ friendly weekly dropin.
